Registration

KU faculty, students, and community members who are not presenting at the conference and merely wish to attend specific paper sessions and panel discussions as general audience members may do so for free. 

Certain conference events are only open to those who have registered and are members of the MCAA, and they may have additional associated costs. These events include the MCAA business meeting, conference reception, presidential luncheon panel ($10), and conference banquet ($25). 

Travel Grants: The MCAA does not provide travel grants or scholarships to anyone who needs financial support to attend this conference. Please wait to register until you have secured funding to participate in the conference. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you have paid registration costs and are ultimately unable to participate in the conference, the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund is August 15, 2022. All refunds will incur a cancellation fee ($15 students/$25 all other categories). Refund requests from participants received after August 15, 2022 will not be granted.
